About The Artist

I'm a self-taught artist from Scotland with a lifelong passion for drawing. As a child, I spent countless hours sketching characters from my favorite TV shows and comics. In recent years, I’ve transitioned from pencil to paint, channeling that same childhood joy into vibrant, expressive works of art. 

 

Heavily inspired by classic comic artists and 1980s sci-fi films, my work doesn’t adhere to a single style but often draws on the bold aesthetics of pop art. Many of my pieces feature over 30 shades of grey, striving for realism while using textured, colorful backgrounds to create contrast and depth. This interplay invites viewers to connect emotionally with each piece, blending subject and setting while allowing each to stand on its own. 

 

Every painting is hand-crafted and unique. Due to the textured backgrounds, splash effects, and the natural imperfections of the process, no two pieces can ever be exactly replicated. 

 

What I love most about painting is the ability to capture a moment, whether it’s a scene from a beloved film, a musician from someone’s first concert, or a legendary sports figure frozen in time. These moments offer a powerful form of escapism, and I take pride in helping viewers relive those emotions through art.
